Cos/Crossplay Discussion: DevArt Version (10/21)

Hello all that read these journals on Deviantart. Went ahead and decided to do entry posting here of my Livejournal posts to kind of get a bigger wide-spread kind of thing going. Some differences with this one in the case of lack of pictures (sizing and/or me just being a bit lazy).

After looking around online, along with some thinking and other junk, I ended up coming up with two more entries to the so called "list" of mine of possible cosplays/crossplays to do. Bet some people are wondering what are the reasons for the choices, if I told ya that I would have to do something very bad (not really, I don't have much reasons though since I suck at reasons/explanations sometimes). But enough babbling and on to the reveals for this entry.

*NOTE*: The first six were revealed in previous LJ entries, so I just combined them into one reveal here. The last two are the actual new ones that came up today/tonight

That should wrap things up for this entry. Next week should be pretty interesting for me, with Yaoi Con taking place on Halloween weekend and allowing me to dress up with something that is a bit of a challenge (personal challenge that is) in doing another crossplay. Hopefully I have everything with me and the right stuff to pull it off (forgot something for the chest at home with the Fanime attempt along with having inferior makeup). Also looking forward to pre-reging for Fanime 2010 over there too so I can take care of that as soon as possible.


Does make me wonder though if I should spill the beans or not about a certain costume I am going to do for Fanime 2010......what do you all think?

Better wrap things up before making this longer than it should.

Quicky Journal Entry: For Those That Read These

*Steps to the podium*

I'm still alive, just been away from dA since I believe early July. I'm still doing the Live Journal entry posting thing about once a month.

I'll probably have a more in depth entry later.

As for my drawings, I still haven't given up and just drawing not as frequently. Been working on a new pic since September but stopped working on it for about two weeks (its about 3/4ths of the way done), along with having a pic that's been done MONTHS ago that I've yet to post for an unknown reason. Outside of those things, cosplay/crossplay idea working has kept me busy.

Hopefully I get some feedback off this (along with fanboys/fangirls off my cosplay/crossplay, but that is probably just too much wishing on my part).

New Realm: Cosplay

If the title isn't much of a dead giveaway, there is one thing I like and that is cosplay. How does this tie into my dA page I bet the majority of you are saying? Well it's like this, I have no clue what to submit next.

So I might as well ask the people (err....well.....the people that do read and reply to the journals) decide on what I should submit next.

As vaguely stated in one of my older journals, I had worn 5 costumes to Fanime 2009 and I already posted one of them (Gendo). I still have 4 others I can post and I want to hear what you people think/say/want/etc

Friday: Robert Garcia (KoF - 2003 version)
Saturday: Greed (FMA)/Zoro (One Piece - 1st version)
Sunday: Original Character (Crossplay)


Oh and I may make some more cosplay/crossplay related journal posts in the future. Not sure if I should do the same for my LiveJournal page (it's rather barren and I doubt I would gain new people by posting this kind of thing.)

Bit of a short update

1) Yes I'm still alive, just haven't been on dA for a few weeks.

2) The more important thing, my birthday is coming up on June 8th. Can't believe time flew by so quick, though with my facial hair shaven off *gasp and shock* I prolly do look young for a soon to be 22 year old.

Fanime 2009 photos and maybe an extra journal or two will be up later.
